Lesson 16: Intro Variation 2 - The Cradle
In this lesson, we will show you a romantic way to begin your first dance. We will incorporate the cradle turn that we've covered in one of the previous lessons. You can even use this move as a highlight in the middle of your first dance or a lovely way to finish your dance.

Make sure to look at each other during the cradle position. It's a lovely photo op!
Begin your first dance with confidence and grace by starting your dance slowly and calmly. Don't rush through this beautiful moment.
Helpful tips
Tell your DJ or band when to begin playing your song. Do you want the music to start as you enter the dance floor? Or do you want it to start when you are already on the dance floor?
