Lesson 10: The Cradle

The cradle is one of the most romantic dance moves.  It looks great in pictures and  is perfect for your first dance.

Don't Forget ...

• Hold on to your partner's hands before the cradle.

• Leader, make sure to bring your partner into the cradle position with your left hand (look at your watch) and keep your right hand low.

• Follower, you should be on your partner's right side during the position.

• Make sure to keep your steps small during the cradle.

• Look at your partner during the cradle position!
